Speaker Bio

Ulla Jones is a Finnish design leader, human centred design advocate and an industry pioneer. She has held various design roles in finance, FMCG and telecom industries where she developed strategies, innovated new services and built design culture. She has been awarded the highest service design award in Finland.

Ulla hosts a design podcast, Modern Talk by Things+, writes a monthly design column and teaches strategic design at the Finnish design council. She also coaches, mentors and has acted as judge in several design competitions. Ulla loves to collaborate, connect and network and is always ready for inspiring conversations!
